Our Story
Founded in Accra, Ghana, KONOV was born from a simple observation: while most tech hubs focus on robotics with a sprinkle of AI, the real future lies in AI and ML literacy — understanding how intelligent systems think.
Our founder saw that children across Africa were fascinated by AI but had few opportunities to truly understand it. Not just use AI tools, but grasp how data drives decisions, how algorithms learn, and how machine learning powers creativity.
We reimagined tech education around that idea — comic books featuring African child protagonists exploring AI concepts, a platform gamified around ML fundamentals, and workshops where kids understand neural networks through play.
Today, we've reached over 500 young learners in a year, fully focused on AI and ML literacy — a scalable, future-oriented approach that doesn't require expensive hardware.
